Small two room apartment, conveniently located just one block (50 metres) from the heart of the Croisette, between Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior.

Once on the Croisette you are within sight of the Palais de Festivals. There are restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries and an outdoor market in the direct vicinity, as well as all the major hotels and shops.

The apartment is comprised of a bedroom with TV, updated bathroom and a separate WC; the living room has an open kitchen.

 

The bed (150cm. X 200 cm.) consists of a 30 cm. thick, new Serta mattress and traditional box spring. The other room contains a sofa bed that allows you to sleep an additional two people.

 

The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, pots and pans and a dinner service for six people. A steam iron and ironing board are available.

 

The bathroom and WC have been recently re-done.

Linens provided weekly.
